National parc Maasduinen
De Maasduinen National Park is unique because the longest river dune belt in the Netherlands is located in the area. These were created by an interplay of water, wind and people over the centuries.
The management of De Maasduinen is done by the Municipality of Bergen, the Limburgs Landschap Foundation, Staatsbosbeheer and private landowners. Together they ensure that the flora and fauna of De Maasduinen is protected and that you can continue to enjoy this unique nature.
Holiday address and group accommodation
3 attractive apartments, 4 rooms
This 20-person holiday address consists of 3 apartments and 4 rooms. What was once a hay barn is now a lovingly renovated 10-person apartment of 170 m², with 4 rooms that can also be rented separately. An old barn is now a cozy cottage for 4 people of 65 m². And the last is a large detached house for 6 people of 125 m². As soon as you open the garden doors, you can enjoy your own garden with terrace, from where you have a beautiful unobstructed view and can admire the estate. You can walk straight into the forest through the back gate and completely relax in the beautiful nature.

Enjoy a warm, freshly baked loaf after a wonderful night's sleep! Praised by many of our guests!

"Old haybarn"
.. houses an beautiful living room with a kitchen under the sloping roof. There are several sofas and large unique handmade tables with comfortable chairs, where you can sit together with 16 people. There are two triple rooms (Broederbos and Reindersmeer) and two double rooms (Maasduinen and Duivelskuil), all with handmade beds and good mattresses for an optimal nights sleep. Each room has the luxury of a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
On our booking page you can book the rooms individually or the apartment as a whole.

...is located on the beautiful Maasduinen nature reserve, with direct access to an extensive forest. In total you have access to a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen. Three very spacious, country bedrooms with king-size beds. A beautiful luxurious bathroom with shower and a spacious sink. And a separate toilet room. Open the doors and you can enjoy your own garden with terrace at the front and rear of the house! The house has a view over the surrounding meadows with flowers, chickens and goats.

"😊 Wow, very beautiful 🥰Romy's B&B fully complies with the description. The entire living room is very beautiful and decorated with love. We had booked the entire attic with 4 rooms, the living room and kitchen. We immediately felt at ease and had a nice time. The children could play outside undisturbed and had a lot of fun. The area is very beautiful, there is a lot of nature around the property, so there is a lot to discover. Good parking is available. We would all book the place again in a heartbeat."

"What a nice house! You don't see this often! Everything was there for a comfortable stay. It is spacious enough for the four of us (Bill home), clean, comfortably furnished with a Elektric fireplace (and Christmas decorations in December 🤩), plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery, a beautiful bathroom with large soft towels, even bathrobes are ready for you! And then those wonderful beds (The Best Beds I've Ever Experienced in an Airbnb Home! ) with a view of the starry sky made it complete. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back!"

6. Are there supermarkets nearby?
The village of Nieuw-Bergen is a 5-minute drive away. Here you will find the AH, Lidl and Jumbo. You will also find various other shops (Hema, Action, Kruidvat) and eateries in this village such as Bakery Arts, Pizzeria Nieuw Bergen, La casa Blanca and Chinese Mei Wah.
7. What is there to do in the area?

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.
Check-out is until 10:30 am.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is not possible due to the cleaning. *On Sunday it is possible to book an additional lazy Sunday.
2. Are pets welcome?
Due to hygiene and allergies, we have chosen not to allow pets.
3. How can we arrange payment?
Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation from us containing payment instructions. Payment will be arranged via bank transfer before arrival.
4. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy:
• In case of cancellation more than twelve months before the commencement date, 10% of the agreed price.
• In case of cancellation within six to twelve months before the start date, 30% of the agreed price.
• In case of cancellation within four to six months before the start date, 70% of the agreed price
• In case of cancellation within two to four months before the start date, 80% of the agreed price.
• In case of cancellation within two months before the start date, 95% of the agreed price
• In case of cancellation on or after the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price
